Roots Counseling started in 2016. We want our clients to have the tools to truly create a life worth living and to step out of a trap of diagnosis. We believe that through the the skills and structure we provide, such as group therapy, skills coaching, and individual therapy, clients can get to the root of their problem and heal from the inside out.
